Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

Yes. We offer rackets for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players. Product descriptions include the recommended skill level to help you choose the right racket.

8. What materials are used in VEEL padel rackets?

Our rackets are crafted using premium materials such as 3K Carbon Fiber and EVA Soft Core to provide excellent durability, control, comfort, and power.

9. How should I care for my padel racket?

  • Store it in a cool, dry place.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive heat.

  • Use a protective cover when not in use.

  • Avoid hitting walls, fences, or hard surfaces with the racket.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, VEEL ships only within Pakistan.

11. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our support team will resolve it as quickly as possible.
