Returns and exchanges+

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or have been altered are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
- If you wish to exchange your racket for another model (subject to availability), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- If applicable, share clear photos of the product.
- Once your request is approved, we'll provide return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the product, your replacement or refund will be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds for bank transfer orders will be sent to your provided bank account within 3–5 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Items returned without prior approval.

Your VEEL padel racket is covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
What Is Covered?
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural defects under normal playing conditions
- Defects present upon delivery
What Is Not Covered?
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, paint chips, or cosmetic marks
- Damage caused by impacts with walls, fences, the ground, or another racket
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper storage
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized persons
- Damage resulting from accidents or negligence
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact our customer support within the warranty period.
- Provide your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or exchange the product at our discretion.
Important Note
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused during normal gameplay or accidental impacts.
