Returns

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
• Products that show signs of use, damage, or have been altered are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange your racket for another model (subject to availability), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

• Refunds for bank transfer orders will be sent to your provided bank account within 3–5 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Your VEEL padel racket is covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

What Is Covered?

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Structural defects under normal playing conditions
• Defects present upon delivery

What Is Not Covered?

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, paint chips, or cosmetic marks
• Damage caused by impacts with walls, fences, the ground, or another racket
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper storage
• Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized persons
• Damage resulting from accidents or negligence

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact our customer support within the warranty period.
2. Provide your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or exchange the product at our discretion.
